Path of Exile

Recommended Posts

I started playing the game today and now I'm completely addicted. :D

I have some questions tho- How can you tell if items are meant for your class?

Which ones are rare items? (watched tutorials, but still didn't really get it)

Are there any way to "jump over" the optional quests? Because as far as I've gotten it doesn't really seem to be an option. :D

I'll have some more questions later on! :D

Morning Edi :)

Path of Exile is tricky game, because you basically build your own character, i personally played PoE  couple years ago, but will try to explain:

Path of Exile quests cant be skipped, as this is a part of main game, There are 4 or 5 ACTS, and once you finished them all you will be entering into harder mode, where you will repeat everything you did in previous version, but having better level , gear etc. if you press "C" you will see your base stats:

There arent any particular armor you HAVE TO wear, because armor is dependant on your character build, for example: you can be MAGE but wear TANK items, but to achieve it you need to get ALOT of STR.

To put it in short, this game is fabulous because of 3 things:

A) You build your character the way you want it, meaning you can build Auto Summoning Totem Raging Skull Spitting Tank

B) Game is not Pay 2 Win -  only items that you can purchase is more for design, not game play it self

C) Game Has HardCore Mode - You Die = You Failed

Damn, that is so cool!
I am now concentrating on soul shield and minions.

I just Like how big the skill tree is, gets confusing sometimes, but at least, as you said, you can be whatever you want!

I am just a bit confused about the ascendancy quests. Do they show up only in certain areas? And how can I know, where in the area there is this quest?

Can anyone tell me, where can I trade items?

And see to what they get exchanged to?

Haven't got to crafting yet. :D

You can craft Path of Exile items by Selling certain combination of items to vendors, Google: "Poe Crafting Combinations", regards trading other players, just right click on player and trade, there should be also a online market (Players create their own stores to sell stuff): http://poe.trade/

Is there a way to plan out my skill tree? It gets kind of annoying to read what I wanted and to look for it again and again.
